It is reported that the scope of this investigation includes all enterprises engaged in the production of lithium batteries and lithium battery raw materials. In recent years, fires and even explosion accidents caused by lithium batteries have occurred frequently, and the safety of lithium batteries has attracted great attention from the society. Previously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology presided over a ministerial office meeting, demanding strengthened management and access to prevent safety accidents. Thin-film battery, as the name suggests, is to prepare a layer of thin film into solar cells, which uses very little silicon, which makes it easier to reduce costs. At the same time, it is not only a high-efficiency energy product, but also a new type of building material, which is more easily integrated with buildings. In the context of continued tension in the international market for silicon raw materials, thin-film solar cells have become a new trend and new hot spot in the development of the international photovoltaic market. There are currently three types of thin film batteries that can be industrialized and mass-produced: silicon-based thin film solar cells, copper indium gallium selenide thin film solar cells (CIGS), and cadmium telluride thin film solar cells (CdTe).
