Why can't the battery be charged after a long time?
What is the reason why the battery cannot be charged? How can I diagnose?
Battery charging or not charging refers to the engine under normal working conditions, the battery charging time is long, the voltage rises slowly, the reasons are as follows:
1. On the charging line, the connector is loose or corroded, which increases the resistance and reduces the current intensity.
Second, the battery plate is vulcanized, so that there is a layer of white aluminum sulfate particles on the surface of the battery, which has poor electrical conductivity. After thick particles block the plate holes, the electrolyte is difficult to penetrate, resulting in an increase in internal resistance, and current cannot pass through the plate.
3. Because the gel battery uses high current to charge and discharge, the electrolyte specific gravity is too large or the liquid level is not high enough, resulting in damage to the battery panel. When diagnosing, first check whether each connector is loose or corroded, and then judge whether the board is vulcanized according to the charging phenomenon. When the electrolyte temperature rises rapidly or the charging time is not long, a large number of bubbles will be generated in the electrolyte, but the voltage does not increase, and the specific gravity of the electrolyte does not increase significantly, indicating that the steel plate has been vulcanized. When the vulcanization is not serious, you can pour all the electrolyte into it, inject distilled water, and then charge it with a small current of 2 amperes for a long time to dissolve aluminum sulfate, but do not be careful not to increase the temperature of the battery. When the specific gravity of the electrolyte does not increase within a few hours, it indicates that the battery has been fully charged and then discharged. Contact: 18038382979
