Labels: 1. Lead-acid batteries can be installed and used upright like conventional batteries, or used horizontally. 2. Lead-acid batteries should be kept away from heat sources and spark-prone places, and should be protected from direct sunlight and a large amount of organic solvent gas and corrosive In the environment of sexual gas. The safety distance should be greater than 0.5m. 3. The lead-acid battery room should have necessary ventilation and lighting facilities, and avoid installation in closed equipment or containers. The battery spacing is preferably above 3CM. 4. Lead-acid batteries are fully charged and leave the factory. Beware of short circuits during transportation and installation; do not touch the poles during transportation. 5. For the installation of lead-acid battery packs, due to the high voltage of the components, insulating tools and insulating gloves should be used to prevent electric shocks during transportation, installation and maintenance. 6. Before the lead-acid battery is installed and connected, use a fine wire steel brush to brush the pole-strike terminal until the metallic luster appears, and keep the connection clean. The bolts should be tightened when connecting to prevent the battery from sparking due to poor contact. Torque value: 4.4n.m for batteries below 50ah and 10.9n.m for batteries above 50ah. 7. When connecting lead-acid batteries, the connecting cable should be as short as possible to prevent excessive voltage drop. 8. Do not mix lead-acid batteries with different new and old, different capacities and different performances. Before installing the end connector and connecting the battery system, carefully check the total voltage and the positive and negative poles of the battery system to ensure that the installation is correct. 9. When the lead-acid battery is connected to the charger or load, the circuit switch should be in the 'off' position and the connection should be correct. The positive pole of the lead-acid battery is connected to the positive pole of the charger, and the negative pole is connected to the negative pole. 10. Do not wipe lead-acid batteries with organic solvents. In case of fire, fire extinguishers such as tetrachlorocarbon can be used. 11. Before installation, lead-acid batteries should be stored in a dry, clean, and ventilated environment with a temperature of 10°C---20°C. The storage period should not exceed 6 months from the production period of the battery, otherwise it should be supplemented. 12. Lead-acid batteries can be used under the conditions of ambient temperature of -20℃---+50℃, but a longer service life can be obtained when the ambient temperature is 10℃---30℃. 13. Don't increase or decrease the load of a few batteries in the lead-acid battery alone, such as the middle tap when used in series for other power sources. 14. When using lead-acid batteries, avoid over-charging and over-discharging, otherwise the service life of the battery will be affected. 15. After installation, lead-acid batteries need to be supplemented or equalized before being put into use. After the lead-acid battery is discharged, it should be charged immediately. When the lead-acid battery float voltage is lower than 2.20V/single cell, the lead-acid battery shall be charged in equalization. The charging current limit value is preferably 0.1--0.2C10 (A). The installation of lead-acid battery packs should consider the load-bearing capacity and load capacity of the installation ground and floor (according to the requirements of the architectural drawings). 17. Floating charge of lead-acid batteries Voltage refers to the charging voltage value at an ambient temperature of 25°C. When the temperature difference exceeds 10, the float voltage must be corrected, otherwise the lead-acid battery will be damaged. When the ambient temperature rises by 1℃, the voltage should be reduced by 0.003V/single cell; on the contrary, the float voltage should be increased by 0.003V/single cell. 18. When the load variation range is 0---100%, the charging equipment should reach 1% Stabilization accuracy. 19. At least once a year, check whether there is any looseness in the connecting parts of the lead-acid battery, and make timely adjustments. Lead-acid batteries (groups) in operation must not be disassembled, assembled, adjusted, or loosened to prevent ignition. 20. It is recommended to run the lead-acid battery at full load once a year, and make a record of the lead-acid battery action. 21. During the operation of the lead-acid battery, if the following abnormalities are found: abnormal floating charge voltage/cracks, liquid leakage or deformation/abnormal temperature, etc., the cause of the failure should be found in time and replaced immediately.
