3. Charging or discharging the colloidal storage battery by taking a large current will damage the battery panel. If the specific gravity of the electrolyte is too large or the liquid level is not enough, the battery panel is damaged. When making a diagnosis, check whether the connector is loose or corroded, and judge whether the board is vulcanized according to the charging phenomenon. If the temperature of the electrolyte increases rapidly or the charging time is not long, the electrolyte will produce a large number of bubbles, but the voltage has not been improved, and the specific gravity of the electrolyte has not increased significantly, so that the electrode plates will be vulcanized. When the vulcanization is not serious, you can pour out the entire electrolyte, pour in distilled water, and then charge it for a long time with a small current of about 2 amperes to dissolve the aluminum sulfate, but the battery temperature is not allowed to rise. When the specific gravity of the electrolyte does not increase within a few hours, the battery is fully charged and discharged.
