   The battery has high sulfuric acid electrolyte temperature, high capacity output, low electrolyte temperature, and low capacity output. The reason is that, in addition to lower temperatures, when the temperature decreases, the solubility of lead sulfate in the sulfuric acid electrolyte will also decrease, which will inevitably saturate the lead ions around the electrode plates. The resulting lead sulfate crystals are crystallized compactly, which prevents the active material from completely contacting the sulfuric acid electrolyte, thereby reducing the capacity output of the battery.

  

  During the discharge process, if the electrolyte temperature is high, the supersaturation of PbSO_4 on the electrode plate surface in the sulfuric acid electrolyte will be reduced, which is conducive to the formation of loose crystals of lead sulfate and It forms a thick and strong PbO 2 layer during charging. Thereby prolonging the service life of the active material of the plate. When the battery is charged, the electrolyte temperature is too high, which will accelerate the diffusion of the electrolyte, aggravate the corrosion of the grid, and shorten the service life of the battery.
