Solution to car battery damage

1. The size of the pole pile and the chuck do not match. When the installation is too loose, it is easy to burn the poles due to excessive current, too small contact surface or poor contact during startup; too tight installation, violent prying during disassembly and assembly, will easily damage the poles and cause the battery to be scrapped.　　2. The fixation is unreliable, and the vehicle vibrates violently during driving, causing the rubber seal, shell and cover to crack.　　3, the charging current is too large, causing the active material on the plate to fall off prematurely, shortening the service life of the battery.　　4. The start-up time is too long, causing the battery to discharge rapidly, causing the plate to bend and the active material to crack.　　 5. Long-term storage or use under the condition of insufficient charging to vulcanize the electrode plate.　　 6. The electrolyte level is lower than the electrode plate, so that the electrode plate is exposed to the liquid surface and oxidized by contact with air. During driving, the electrolyte fluctuates up and down and comes into contact with the oxidized part of the electrode plate, causing the electrode plate to vulcanize.　　7. The electrolyte contains impurities, mainly due to the impure distilled water and the use of copper, iron and other metal containers when preparing the electrolyte. These impurities will form a 'small circuit' in the battery, which will accelerate the battery's self-discharge.　　 8. If the wiping and maintenance are not timely, the overflowing electrolyte will accumulate on the cover plate for a long time, causing the pole piles and clamps to corrode, generating oxides, and then forming a path on the cover plate, causing self-discharge.　　 9. The new battery will not be charged for the first time or directly charged with high current, which will shorten its service life. The new car battery can be installed and used only after it has been filled with electrolyte and must be charged with a small current for the first time.　　10. Ignore the vent of the battery. If it is not connected properly, the gas generated during use cannot be discharged, and the battery will explode due to excessive internal pressure.　　11. After adding distilled water to the battery, it is left without charging for a long time, which may cause self-discharge of the battery or damage the polarity of the battery.　　12. The charge capacity of the battery does not match the engine, causing early damage to the plate.
