Power Kingdom Completes High and Low Temperature Battery R&D Project

Client X in the United States is one of the our company's customers. With changes in the market environment, the client has set new requirements for product performance. In March of this year, Client X proposed that three of our battery models meet the standards for high and low temperature cycling tests, high and low temperature high humidity cycling tests, and high temperature high humidity cycling tests. After successfully passing two rounds of sample performance tests and completing sample submissions, the client provided feedback, expressing a desire for further enhancement of product performance, particularly in terms of strengthening the battery case material and structure.


To meet the client’s demands, the technical and quality department of the battery factory immediately began research and development to upgrade the products:

1. Redesigned the structure of the battery cases required for high and low temperature performance, reinforcing the strength of the battery cases.

2. Selected new materials for the battery cases to meet the requirements for resistance to high and low temperature cycling.

3. Made slight adjustments to the electrode plate formulation to further optimize performance.

4. Re-selected the sealing adhesive used, improving and optimizing the sealing effect.


After completing the production of the optimized electrode plates, the battery case samples were inspected multiple times to confirm their quality. With all raw materials prepared and verified, the production of the three high and low temperature batteries was completed in 13 days, and all batteries passed inspection. In August, the finished batteries were packed and shipped, successfully fulfilling the order. To ensure product quality, the technical and quality department continuously monitored and confirmed every stage of the R&D, production, and testing process. From receiving the client’s requirements, the company completed the R&D, production, and supply within just five months, thanks to precise service and efficient R&D speed.


For this solar battery project with Client X in the United States, the company actively engaged in R&D based on the client’s needs, improving and upgrading the product structure according to performance requirements. This not only provided technical support and service assurance but also accelerated the internationalization of our products, further enhancing the global competitiveness of Power Kingdom products.
